Why Active Meditations

We understand that the traditional method of meditation doesn't work for everyone.

Sitting or lying still, eyes closed can be torture for some.

So, we decided to create meditations that you can do while still active.

They're designed to accompany one of the EcoActivities in the BARE Collection and there are eight themes to choose from.

The EcoActivites help to induce a meditative state, so you still get the benefits of traditional meditation, without the struggles that sometimes come with traditional methods of meditating.

Choose Your Weapon

There are eight Active Meditations to choose from. Each with a unique theme to help you work through particular triggers or challenges.

The themed Active Meditations allow you to combat thoughts, feelings or beliefs that hold you back from living your life to its fullest potential.

Acceptance

For creating more acceptance in your life. If it's accepting things that are out of your control, learning to accept parts of yourself or people and things in your life.

Body Image

Creating a respectful, loving relationship with your body.

Playfulness

Reconnecting with your playfulness so that you can experience more joy and happiness on a daily basis.
