ECOACTIVITIES

What is an EcoActivity?

An EcoActivity is one of three key components of the BARE Rewilding practice.

There are ten EcoActivities to choose from which take place outside in the natural environment or with a natural element.

The idea of an EcoActivity is to get you outside and connected with nature. This component of BARE Rewilding utilises Biophilia- our innate affinity with the natural world.

They encourage creativity, imagination, and gentle exercise.

EcoActivities have a meditative quality and increase your ability for self-exploration and healing when combined with Active Meditations.

BARE Walking

The first EcoActivity added to the BARE Collection.

Widely accessible and a great place to start if you're new to BARE Rewilding.

BARE Walking facilitates gentle exercise, an opportunity for self-exploration and connection to Mother Nature.

BARE Walking can take place in a park, along rivers, around your neighbourhood, or even in your garden.

So long as you have access to some natural elements while you walk you'll be able to experience the benefits of the BARE Walking practice.

BARE Hiking

BARE Hiking takes a BARE Walk to the next level. It's a beautifully intensified experience that allows you to work through triggers or limiting beliefs.

BARE Swimming

One of the most powerful EcoActivities for healing. Water is one of the biggest conductors of energy and has tremendous healing powers.

A BARE Swim can take place in natural bodies of water like beaches, bays, rivers, or lakes.

However, pools or bathtubs can also facilitate healing.
