Journaling is one of the key components of BARE Rewilding.

The journal prompts inside the workshop begin the process of self-exploration and signal to your subconscious the themes you'd like to explore during the EcoActivity.

The act of writing also aids our ability to process thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

THE SCIENCE

Writing your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a journal has quite a complex process behind it. Put simply, writing allows you to slow your brain down as you write, analyse and process your inner world and 'unload'.

Journaling has been shown to significantly help in the healing process of things like depression, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
